HOT OIL TRUCKS
Hot Oil &
Pressure Service
This service includes
the necessary operators, equipment and
connections to Hot Oil flowlines, tubing and
casing in flowing, pumping or gas-lift wells
including dual and triple completions. Also
available for positive pressure testing of
pipelines, tubing, casing and production packer
setting if required. |

Oil Treating or
Steaming
This service includes the
necessary operators, equipment and connections
to raise the temperature of Oil Storage Tanks,
Vessels or Barges to the deisred degree for
treatment. Also available is everything needed
to steam short lines, vessels or tubing on
racks. |
Propane Hot Oil
Unit
Each unit is equipped with a 75
bbl transport tank, two (250 gallon) propane
tanks for operation. One (7,000,000) BTU burner.
One (3" x 5" Gardner Denver Tee Triplex Pump)
with a maximum pumping pressure of 5,000 psi
supported by a 3" Bowie gear pump for loading,
off loading and standby for Vicking
pump.
Diesel Hot Oil
Unit
Each unit is equipped with a 75
bbl transport tank, one (500 gallon) diesel tank
operate unit. Dual D-2 Key-Way Diesel Burner
with capability of 7,000,000 BTU output. Fire
box is complete with CO2 fire extinguisher for
protection. A Key-Way automatic safety shut-down
panel controls high and low pressure and
temperature malfunctions. One 3" x 5" Gardner
Denver Tee Triplex Pump) capable of pumping 23
gallons per minute at 4244 psi and a 3" Bowie
combination loading pump and feed rated at 4
barrels per minute. |
